Hunter Water Hexham WTP Upgrade

Hunter Water is upgrading the Hexham water treatment plant across a 48 week program with CPB as head contractor. Scope includes a new clarifier, dosing building, and access roads. Site is split across two compounds either side of the Hexham Wetlands, both needing perimeter and internal exclusion fencing.
Fit for Hire Rite is excellent. CPB has used us on the Edgeworth and Tomago jobs and prefers a single regional supplier for sites north of the Hawkesbury. NoThru panels are needed along the public bus route boundary, with standard temp fence for the laydown yards.
Key risks are early mobilisation of the southern compound, currently pencilled for mid July, which overlaps with the Mavid Lakeside delivery window. We should confirm with the Newcastle depot whether a third truck run is feasible or whether the Central Coast yard can backstop.
